폴드톤 개인정보처리방침

1. 기본 연주와 로컬 설정

폴드톤은 힌지, 중력, 가속도, 자이로 센서 값을 기기 안에서 처리하여 입 모양과 음높이를 제어합니다. 센서 값은 앱이 저장하거나 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 마이크 녹음, 광고, 분석 SDK, 앱 회원가입 기능은 없습니다. 색상, 옥타브와 연주 설정은 기기의 앱 저장소에 보관됩니다.

2. Pro 구매 및 구매 확인

선택적인 Pro 구매는 Google Play 결제로 처리되며, 개발자는 카드번호나 결제수단의 상세 정보를 받지 않습니다. 구매 또는 복원을 확인할 때 앱은 구매 토큰과 임의로 생성한 앱 설치 식별자를 암호화된 HTTPS 연결을 통해 구매 확인 서버로 보냅니다. 서버는 Google Play Developer API로 상품과 구매·취소 상태를 확인하고 구매 확인 응답을 앱에 반환합니다. 이 처리는 기능 제공과 부정 구매 방지를 위한 것입니다.

구매 확인 서버는 해당 구매 토큰, 주문 정보 또는 설치 식별자를 데이터베이스에 저장하지 않으며 요청 처리 중에 사용합니다. 앱에는 서명된 구매 확인 결과와 설치 식별자가 로컬로 저장됩니다. 이미 확인된 Pro는 오프라인에서도 사용할 수 있습니다. 연결이 가능하면 Google Play의 구매 상태를 다시 확인하여 취소·환불을 반영합니다. 이는 정기 결제가 아니며 소유권은 Google Play의 1회 구매에 연결됩니다.

3. 서비스 제공업체 및 기술 정보

Google은 Play 결제와 구매 정보를 처리합니다. Vercel은 홈페이지 및 구매 확인 서버를 호스팅합니다. 구매 확인 요청은 이들 서비스의 서버에서 처리될 수 있으며 해외 서버를 경유할 수 있습니다. 호스팅·결제 제공업체는 보안과 서비스 운영을 위해 IP 주소 등 기술 접속 정보를 자체 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. 앱은 구매 토큰이나 요청 본문을 개발자 로그에 기록하지 않습니다.

4. 저장·삭제와 선택권

Pro를 구매하지 않아도 기본 연주와 색상 꾸미기를 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 시 로컬 설정과 구매 확인 캐시가 삭제됩니다. 같은 Google Play 계정의 구매는 구매 복원으로 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 결제 기록과 환불은 Google Play의 정책 및 관리 기능을 따릅니다. 앱 자체 사용자 계정은 없으며, 개인정보 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있습니다.

5. 기기 음량

오디오 설정 권한은 연주 중 내장 스피커의 음량을 높이는 데 사용됩니다. 외부 헤드셋이나 블루투스 출력이 감지되면 기기 음량을 강제로 최대로 설정하지 않습니다. 기기 볼륨 버튼으로 언제든 조절할 수 있습니다.

Foldtone Privacy Policy

Sensor readings are processed on-device and are not stored or uploaded by the app. Foldtone has no microphone recording, advertising, analytics SDK or app account. Colors, octave and sound settings are stored locally.

Optional Pro purchases use Google Play Billing. We do not receive card details. For purchase verification/restoration, the app sends the purchase token and a random app-installation identifier over HTTPS to our verification service. The service checks the exact product and purchase state with Google Play, acknowledges valid completed purchases, and returns an installation-bound signed entitlement. It does not retain purchase tokens, order details or installation identifiers in a database. A temporary in-memory request counter is used to reduce abuse. A verified entitlement is cached locally for offline Pro use. When connectivity is available, purchase status is checked again to reflect cancellations or refunds. This is not a recurring charge.

Google provides billing/purchase APIs; Vercel hosts this site and verification service. Processing may occur on servers outside your country. These providers may maintain technical/security logs such as connection IP addresses under their own policies. We do not log purchase tokens or request bodies. Core playing and color customization remain available without purchasing Pro.

Clearing app data removes local settings and entitlement caches. Purchases can be restored using the purchasing Google Play account. Google Play manages payment records and refunds.
